Grounding for mental health

This yoga class focuses on grounding techniques that support mental health through postures that cultivate inner strength, along with meditation and breathwork. Each movement is designed to help you reconnect with your body and center your mind. At the end of class, there will be a few minutes for participants to connect with each other and share their experiences, fostering a sense of community and support. Join us for a class that nurtures both body and mind.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, with a yoga mat and a water bottle.
