Meditation & Stress Reduction

Reduce stress, relieve tension, and bring balance back to both body and mind in this Blissful Experience Meditation & Stress Reduction class.

Throughout the course of the 60 minute class you will learn different meditation techniques, mindful breathing practices, ways to settle the nervous system through restorative yoga postures, and how to experience deep rest.

By the end of the class you will know how to incorporate these simple practices and techniques into your life to more easily manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, release tension from the body, and support the health and balance of your nervous system, all of which will can increase immune health and improve overall wellness.
Please come dressed for simple movement with a yoga mat, and a water bottle.

Class will be in our 28 degree studio.
