I have been in the fitness industry since 2007. I have taught a large variety of group fitness classes and in 2014 became a Personal Trainer. I am a mom of three and a wife to one. In my spare time I love to read, hike with our dog and eat: any and all types of food. I suppose I could say I am a bit passionate about food!!
In 2017, I began the journey to complete my 500 hour RYT yoga certification and completed it in December 2019. In January 2021, I began my Masters of Science - Yoga Therapy. With passion, education and a solid Yoga practice I believe I have found my home! Yoga is a complete practice that trains the mind, body and soul. Yoga has helped me navigate this awesome yet challenging world and I believe it helps all to achieve our goals, count our blessings and stay healthy.
